Q1. Any reminder about frame works?
For facing crowns, cover occlusal area with metal in order to avoid fracture caused by occlusion.
Q2. What kind of metal surface treatment is recommended?
Apply alumina sandblast treatment (about 50µm, about 0.2 – 0.25 MPa).
Then, use steam cleaner or ultrasonic cleaner and dry.
Be careful not to blur the surface with oil, etc.
